how love heals all

Fear in its many forms
threatens our safety
harbors our anger
and alters our minds
Doubt stops us in our tracks
blankets our brilliance
veils our beauty
and stifles creation
Guilt overtakes us
fills us with sorrow
suffers us wounds
and closes our hearts.
Worry bleeds us dry
limits our options
smolders our passion
and steals our joy.

I awoke remembering myself as stardust
a sprinkle of joyous light
shimmering a path of light all around me.
in the midst of a rich dark sky.
I awoke remembering myself as stardust
free of dimensional bounds
in a playground spread across eons of time
roaming in childlike delight.
I awoke remembering myself as stardust
when I first arrived on this earth
choosing this form to create and expand
all I aspire to be.

to experience a myriad of things
then tossing the cloak of forgetfulness
before it could extinguish my light.

Dancing on the wings of Spirit soaring thru the sky
Dancing on the wings of Spirit, we only thought we couldn’t fly.
Flying’s not a mystery saved only for our dreams
flying’s our reality, life’s not always what it seems.
On the breath of Spirit it’s joy that lifts our wings
taking us to new heights where everything sing.
No matter where life leads us there’s nothing we can’t face
so take your broken dreams and head for open space
nothing overtakes us when we’re soaring through the sky
life looks so different when we view it from on high.
To find your place in life just tip your stretched out wings
and glide with the current to see what it brings
maybe it’s an updraft to climb ever higher
or simply a gentle breeze pleasing our desires.
So let’s dance the dance of Spirit, glide on our wings on high
live life to its fullest and remember we all fly
dancing on the wings of Spirit soaring thru the sky
