I Am Enough

where we do not
need to respond
to everyone
or everything

It matters not
what others think of
how we look
what we do
what we say
how we live our lives

Because
we now realize
who we are
as Sovereign Beings

Living as an Empath

As an Empath
I have finally come to realize
that all “energy is neutral”

It has only been
my judgement of energy
based on prior indoctrination
which was never mine
that interprets energy
as positive or negative

Once I am no longer
locked into the matrix of
collective consciousness
there is no judgement
fear subsides and
there is only Peace

I now realize as an Empath
I can allow energy to serve me
as a sacred gift of the divine.

I Am the creator
of my own reality

It is not up to me to create
anyone else’s reality

For. . .
how can I know
what another’s
divine soul path is

How can I know
what experiences
they are calling in
for themselves

Another’s reality is not mine
with which to interfere
rather to honor
their own Soul journey

Simply shining my Light
illuminates new potentials
for a more expanded reality
with the knowing that All Is Well.

Emotional State of Being

Your physical body
is always
responding
to your
emotional
state of being.

When your cell receptors
are occupied by
love,
peace
and joy,
there is no place
for fear or anxiety
to attach itself.

The easiest way
to walk the path
of fearlessness
is by occupying
those cell receptors
with the truth of
who you are.

For your GodSelf
only knows
love,

and joy.

Effortless Release

When the energies
of the world around me
are doing loony cartwheels
and jackknifing off
in crazy directions

I slowly inhale
a long deep breath
fully expanding my chest
then allow the exhale
to effortlessly release
all accumulated angst

With my next deep breath
my consciousness settles
into the loving bosom
of my Inner BEing
and Peace prevails.

Spiritual Quest

At some point we realize
all spiritual teachings
are speaking to the mind
the human mind
that is constantly
seeking self validation.

When it fails to find it
in the outer world
it thinks it can find it in spirituality,
but life is in constant flux
thus the answers and the questions
are ever changing and evolving.

The human mind
has no concept of spirituality.

For spirituality
can only be experienced
as the purity of consciousness
where all the answers lie
in the wisdom of the moment
each moment with its own wisdom.

Therefore the spiritual quest
comes to naught
until finally battle weary
we set ourselves free of the quest
and lay down the gauntlet
of spirituality

By realizing . . .
in the ever flowing
change of life
the questions change
the answers change
and we evolve

What is eternal
is the purity of Wisdom
effortlessly gleaned
from within our Divinity
ever present
in each and every moment.

Herein we find ourselves
at Peace.
