splash a new color
or play a new note.

to support your every need
fulfill your every desire
express your childlike whimsy
and dance to your internal song.

to be
all
that it knows

Your life will always be a continual “letting go”
because life is in ever-flowing metamorphosis.
The rose does not hold onto the old petals
attempting to push forth a new bud amidst them.
The rose drops its petals with grace
one petal at a time
allowing them to drift back to the earth
from whence it came
constantly creating new growth
with a flourish of new blossoms.

Are you not as intelligent as that of a rose?
Have you not learned from the pain that develops
when attempting to hold on
to that which has already passed?

Oh Beloveds,
‘tis time to create with wild abandon
allowing the old petals to effortlessly
drift away on the wind
without the need to control
the innate design of life.

‘Tis time to know the freedom
of thriving with the flow
of your constant evolution
to enjoy the delightful abundance
of your perpetual blossoming.

Nature is my Teacher

Nature is my master teacher,
she shows me
how to live in the moment,
how to be in the flow of what IS,
how to appreciate what’s being offered anew,
rather than hanging onto what was.

For when you cling onto what was,
you strangle the life out of what is
and a slow death is sure to follow,
rather than a glorious unfolding
of thriving exquisite beauty.

Trusting the Body’s Intelligence

I’ve learned to trust my body,
rather than inter~fear with it.
I don’t fear that it will get ill.
I don’t fear that it will get fat.
Nor do I fear that it will grow old and decrepit.
Yes, my body will age,
but my body has no desire to suffer.

My body lives in grace
because I love my body
respond to its simple requests
and trust my body’s intelligence
to do what it knows best
to continually thrive
without my inter~fear~ance.

Breathe
Beloved one
Breathe

For with each in-breath
there is an out-breath.
With each expansion
there is a clearing.

Just as the breath,
life has a rhythm
and a natural flow
growth and rest
all in perfect balance.

Just as the breath,
change is organic
energy in
energy out
a perfect recycling
in symbiotic flow.

Why clutch onto
what was?

To do so
is a slow unnatural death
Life requires
the breath of spirit.

Life requires Change.

I perceive limitations
as unconscious beliefs.

conscious of these beliefs
they become “choices”
freeing us of old restraints

is adept at creating its natural
organic state of Divine perfection.
