Divine Expansion

Experiencing the breath
of Divine expansion
as I “Let go and let God”

Feeling all my cells humming
with an enhanced vibration
of well~being
basking in serenity
while the world around me
continues to bluster

There’s a sweet warm
self-radiance from within
and my ribs are a bit tender
from the expansion of my heart
as I breath deeply with gratitude
for the ease and grace
of our physical body’s
miraculous alchemy.

but don’t let the depth and richness
of THIS present moment

For without being fully present
the future will continue to be
an unconscious repeat
of our distant past

Impermanence of Physicality

Once we realize and accept
the impermanence of physicality
we can relax into the natural flow of life

Pain and suffering ceases
once we are no longer grasping
onto circumstances people or things

Letting go does not mean
we do not care
it means we care enough
to allow the transformation
and natural flow of life.

New Set Point

As our LightBody integrates
with physicality
it initiates a new set point

Instead of energy
garnered from outside itself
sustaining and feeding the body
as experienced in the past
energy is Sourced from within
and sustained by the LightBody

Re-generation of the physical body
comes into alignment
as the Divine blueprint
with all our cells dancing
in the symphony
of toroidal rhythms
of Love and Joy.

When I am in creative flow
I become
enlivened
entranced
and timeless
because creation
is fed by
the infinite
flow of Source

It is only thought
that depletes
and tires us
because it is
fed by the mind

limitations
of old energy.

Into the Unknown

The human aspect of ourselves
is not willing to step into the unknown
for it wants to feel safe and secure
in what it already knows

Whereas
the innate desire of our Soul
is to expand our consciousness
by creating and experiencing anew

This conflict
will never be resolved
by the machinations
of the human mind

It is by surrendering
to the great mystery
of eternal life that
we can grow and expand

By trusting the innate
wisdom of the Soul
where all our answers lie
to experience life anew.

Nothing is Mundane

chop wood, carry water
cooking meals, washing up
paying bills, shopping for food

There is no separation
between the spiritual
and the mundane

Nothing is mundane
when fully experiencing it
in the sensuality
of the present moment

This simple shift
in consciousness
is how we thrive
in a constantly
renewing reality.
