Be Vigilant
remain Super-Conscious
don’t go back to life as usual
for it doesn’t exist anymore

Every time things shift
it’s natural for the psyche
to want to return
to what it knows
where it feels safe

But we all know
our true safety
and Well-Being
lies within the heart
of the Divine

When the old comes
knocking at our door
a shift in focus
is all it takes
to allow it to pass
without participating
in the drama

Oh my BeLoveds,
we’re stepping into a New World
we’ve flung the gateway
wide open and it bids us Welcome.

Resting in the Void

Rest in the Void
in the space-in-between
betwixt transitions
between what was
and what is yet to come

The “old” has no place
to land anymore
it will dissolve
of its own accord
unless you continue
giving it your attention

Rest assured
be at peace
your Soul awaits
divine timing
until you are
ready and prepared
to take the next step
forward into the new.

Zero Point

Releasing all of
who we thought we were
leaves us floating
in a world of nothingness
bereft of what
we have left behind
not yet knowing
what lies ahead

Here we drift
in the zero point
between human
and Divine
between the mind
and the heart
between thought
and feelings
fearful of how
we will survive

Ever so slowly
acclimating to
a new way of being
trusting the soft
inner voice
that has gathered
all its wisdom
from lifetimes
of experience

And this Beloveds
is the place
to which we can
always return
when we feel
lost and asunder
for it is the place
of magic
of timelessness
of infinite potentials
the zero point
of All That Is.

Into the Unknown

The human aspect of ourselves
is not willing to step into the unknown
for it wants to feel safe and secure
in what it already knows

Whereas
the innate desire of our Soul
is to expand our consciousness
by creating and experiencing anew

This conflict
will never be resolved
by the machinations
of the human mind

It is by surrendering
to the great mystery
of eternal life that
we can grow and expand

By trusting the innate
wisdom of the Soul
where all our answers lie
to experience life anew.

Life Choices

Many of your life choices
were orchestrated by your Soul
before you incarnated
per the wisdom amassed
throughout all your lifetimes

Thus, you may consider
some aspects of your life
as preordained
but you live in a world of free will
therefore you always have choice

Your Soul is constantly
distilling and enfolding
all your wisdom
lovingly guiding you
via this accumulated inner wisdom

Your passion for life
is entwined with
your inner wisdom
and your joy expands
with your ability to flow with it

So, why would you not
choose to Trust your Soul.

Physical Thriving

My body is not the same one
with which I went to sleep
I have awakened ‘
to thriving new cells

For there is a constant
natural procreation
pulsing throughout all of life
including my physical body

My lack of trust
in the innate intelligence
of my body is its
only impediment

For my body delights
in its natural evolution
to live a healthy life
and thrive in joy.

of a movie

to hang on
to any of them

Nor process them
figure them out
or find a solution.

Simply continue
to focus your energy
on your Well-BEing

Before long
your life will find
its innate balance

To live in
a whole new reality
free of the old constructs

Free of all
that has been
holding you back.
