Self Love
is not selfish
it is the core
from which
we radiate
Divine Love
to every
sentient being
on the planet.
Without self Love
we are nothing
but parasites
leeching
a facsimile of love
from outside
ourselves
that will never
satisfy or satiate us.
~ You as the Omniverse ~
You are
so
much
more
then you think you are!
When you look in the mirror,
you are looking at an Omniverse.
Each and every cell of your body
is a Universe unto itself
sovereign and self sustaining.
This is how nature
intended it to be.
You are a sovereign being
You are self sustaining
and you are One with All-That-Is.
You are God
expressing
as a physical body.
You are the Universe
in the flesh.
Behold…
you
are
the Omniverse
in constant expansion.

When I go within
I experience
a glittering ballroom
with enchanting music
inviting me to create
a whole new
series of dance steps
to express more of
Who I Am Becoming
with each and every moment.
~ Emotional State of Being ~
Your physical body
is always
responding
to your
emotional
state of being.
When your cell receptors
are occupied by
love,
peace
and joy,
there is no place
for fear or anxiety
to attach itself.
The easiest way
to walk the path
of fearlessness
is by occupying
those cell receptors
with the truth of
who you are.
For your GodSelf
only knows
love,
peace
and joy.
~ Effortless Release ~
When the energies
of the world around me
are doing loony cartwheels
and jackknifing off
in crazy directions
I slowly inhale
a long deep breath
fully expanding my chest
then allow the exhale
to effortlessly release
all accumulated angst
With my next deep breath
my consciousness settles
into the loving bosom
of my Inner BEing
and Peace prevails.
~ Spiritual Quest ~
At some point we realize
all spiritual teachings
are speaking to the mind
the human mind
that is constantly
seeking self validation.
When it fails to find it
in the outer world
it thinks it can find it in spirituality,
but life is in constant flux
thus the answers and the questions
are ever changing and evolving.
The human mind
has no concept of spirituality.
For spirituality
can only be experienced
as the purity of consciousness
where all the answers lie
in the wisdom of the moment
each moment with its own wisdom.
Therefore the spiritual quest
comes to naught
until finally battle weary
we set ourselves free of the quest
and lay down the gauntlet
of spirituality
By realizing . . .
in the ever flowing
change of life
the questions change
the answers change
and we evolve
What is eternal
is the purity of Wisdom
effortlessly gleaned
from within our Divinity
ever present
in each and every moment.
Herein we find ourselves
at Peace.

Feeling a deep
profound
sense of peace
as the past
draws to a close
A bottomless exhale
followed by
a sweet gentle inhale
with the essence
of new beginnings
Infinite potentials
dance before my eyes
with joyous rapture
of a life beyond
human imagination
As my Soul
revels in the newness
of every moment
of awakening.

Our energy is spinning
as a centrifuge
spinning off our dross
dancing as a sufi
beyond our human minds
Spinning
as our GodSelves
spinning us
into alignment
with All That Is
Allow yourself to flow
with the innate spin
of Who You Are

Who You Are Becoming.

My Inner Sanctum
is the Holy of Holies
the place of honoring
the purity of
all of Who I Am
My inner Sanctum
retains all the Wisdom
my Soul has distilled
from all my experiences
through all my lifetimes
reflecting it
into my outer world
My Inner Sanctum
has no room
for religious texts
teachings from gurus
stories of old
nor judgment
from self or others
My Inner Sanctum
is my sovereign
place of wisdom
with the answers
to all my questions
When I live and respond
from within my Inner Sanctum
I am at Peace and
I Am Free.
~Dissolving the Old ~
As old memories
drift through my consciousness
I allow them to dissolve
allowing old emotions to dissolve
allowing old beliefs to dissolve
allowing my old self to dissolve
until nothing remains
but the Wisdom
my soul has distilled
from all these experiences
adding to the core existence
of Who I AM.
