Why would you spend
even one iota of your attention
anywhere other than the fullness of
this extraordinary moment
flowing from
this extraordinary moment
to the next with the natural
ease and grace of the Divine.

We run hither and thither
looking for peace
we rearrange our lives
we seek spirituality
we hide from the world
all in search of peace
But peace
is always present
deep within
the core of our heart
unable to be dislodged
awaiting our awareness
Take a moment
take a deep breath
and relax into peace
allowing everything
to settle into
its own perfection.
~ New Star Seeds of Love ~
As star seeds we arrived
from all over the galaxy
transfixed into human bodies
populating this planet
We arrived onto the earth
into the arms of mother Gaia
to be nurtured and evolve
within her Garden of Eden.
We came to create
with the many aspects of our selves
through the process of duality
with the gift of astute minds
We learned from darkness
we learned from the light
but most importantly
we came here to Love
For eons of time
we perpetrated separation
to intimately know ourselves
as the multiplicity of the Divine
Now the tides have turned
and we’re regathering ourselves
with our expanded consciousness
woven together with the gift of Love.
For Love
is what we came here to learn
to cultivate a new race of beings
beings who have experienced it all
and evolved beyond the mind
Through duality’s
experiences of pain and joy
we have opened our hearts
and expanded our minds
We are finally remembering
All That We Are
as the integration of star seeds
and humans divine
to stand as sovereign beings
whole and complete
as a new race of Divine beings
Be proud dear human
and commend yourself
for a mission well done
as new star seeds of Love
birthed within the womb
of your human heart
are being sprinkled
across the infinite Omniverse
New planets await this sacred gift
which only you can offer
in service to the I AM
who knows more of itself
because of your courage and honor
for you are the mother gods
you are the father gods
the birthers of infinite Love.
~ Savoring Sweet Contentment ~
I awoke from
a dreamless sleep
cushioned on
a cloud of peace
in the silence
in the stillness
of sweet contentment
When the mind
began to search
for something more
I heard my Soul whisper . . .
Relax dear mind
simply relax
and savor this
sweet contentment
How is it that you
do not consider
this enough?
How is it that you
continually create
all the folderol
in a constant search
for the peace
and sweet contentment
that is always present
within the stillness
of this moment?
For it is from within
this sweet contentment
that you realize
your Self
as more than enough
and new potentials
effortlessly
reveal themselves
with ease and grace.

When we assess
a problem that needs fixing
we’re locking ourselves
into the problem
When we diagnose
an emotional or medical condition
we’re locking ourselves
into the symptoms
When we attempt to
push through barriers
we’re locking ourselves
within the limitations
When we trust and allow
our own Divinity
every new moment
presents an infinite number
of new potentials
free of diagnosis
free of assessment
free of pushing
all in divine order
all with ease and grace.

There are many paths
up the mountain
to experience
our expanded consciousness
and enjoy the beauty
of the view
Find the one that suits you
and take it at your own speed
while allowing others
to follow theirs
knowing we’ll meet again
at the summit
where a bountiful
feast awaits.

Once you awaken
to the Divinity
of who you know
your Self to be
your Inner Being
is calling
every thought
word and deed
into integrity
with the wisdom
of your GodSelf.

Embodied Transformation
For centuries, religion and society have indoctrinated us to seek outside ourselves for an external God, physical survival, for love, and material things to attain our happiness. When in truth, we have always been the Divine and we embody everything we need within us. This realization upends the mind’s entrapped perception of reality.
Although our Soul effortlessly flows with the grandness of this expanded consciousness, our mind flounders. We often feel like the caterpillar who dissolves into mush before it spreads its illustrious wings with abilities it never dreamed possible. Our established beliefs, memories, and habits are being dissolved from our antiquated mind matrix to make space for our newly discovered innate abilities. Like the butterfly, once it takes flight, nothing of the caterpillar remains.
The mind doesn’t know how to navigate these new energies. But your Soul does because it is aware of All-That-Is, free of any judgment or the need to hold onto old ways of being. It revels in this freedom and the expanded version of you. With every breath you take your Soul is inviting you to trust your embodied GodSelf and play with your newly discovered creative passion.
