The ego is simply
an aspect of our totality
in sacred service to us
while we have been unconscious
and forgotten Who We Are
For thousands of years
we have engaged the ego
to be the star of the show
orchestrating our lives
as caretaker to maintain our safety
Now that we
are Awakening
that show is
drawing to a close
and . . . .
the role of the ego
is stepping aside
into a supportive role
no longer center stage
When the tattered curtain drops
and the theatre lights go down
we temporarily feel anxious
unsure of what lies ahead
Until the new curtain arises
and we step onto the stage
of expanded consciousness
fully guided by our Soul
Our Sacred Soul
that has distilled all
the Wisdom from our
prior experiences
Our Sacred Soul
never embroiled
in our old stories
nor dramas of the past
Our Sacred Soul
now embodied
within our human
heart of hearts
Rejoice, beloved human
a new life awaits
and we are the players
true and conscious
of the totality of
Who We Are.

Our physical body
is the vehicle
through which
the Soul
experiences life
For the Soul
every experience
is a sacred gift
free of judgment
free of bounds
for the simple joy of life
The human self
often sees itself
as unworthy
whereas the Soul
honors the human
as its sacred partner
Can you see your self
through the eyes
of the soul
whole and perfect
in every way?
Can you free your self
of the human bounds
to dance
with the Soul
in carefree abandon?

As a bubble floats
through the air
it has an innate
sense of balance
Amidst all our life changes
we also have the ability
to flow through life
much like a bubble
always returning to
our innate sense of balance
By attuning to
the wisdom of our Soul
we flow with
its ease and grace
no matter what is
happening around us.

here on earth
is sacred
It’s journey
is unique
unto itself
Measuring yourself
by other’s standards
becomes a distraction
that takes you off course
from your own unique path
Your heart is your map
your Soul lights the way
Trust your Self enough
to follow the path of
joy, innocence, and delight
for these are the touchstones
of a true Creator.

We have become accustomed
to pre-planning our lives
reaching for unattained goals
always striving for more
We are following
antiquated routines
living archaic habits
all based on past experience
Instead of attempting to
plan the future
or living unconsciously
from the past
Why not trust this present moment
which allows new potentials
to reveal themselves
always fresh and new
Why not trust the magic
of this precious moment
guided by the soul
to live freely
with ease and grace.

As long as your mind
is busy rationalizing
it doesn’t have time
nor space
to recognize your true
Wisdom of the Soul.
Rest in the Bliss

It’s important to rest awhile
in the bliss of the moment,
rather than rush on past
in search of the next one.

Respect does not require me
to abide by your rules, opinions,
or defer to your teachings.
Respect honors who you are
on your own Soul path
as a Sovereign being.
Respect allows me
to hear with an open mind
and react with an open heart.
Respect is only possible
when I harbor no judgment
against myself or others.
It is only when I respect my self
that I am able to respect others
herein lie my Sovereignty and Divinity.
