These are the days of wine and roses
savor all that you have experienced
before you begin to write
your next Book of Life.
You’ll be grateful you did
because now that you can see the expanded view,
you realize these times are golden
and you’ll never come round this way again.

Over many lifetimes
I have tasted
and
I have sampled
every experience
on the menu of life.
Until I’ve tasted it all
the good
the bad
and the tasteless
for how could I know life
unless I had sampled it all.
Sometimes
it was an entire life experience
sometimes
it was only a nibble
and sometimes
I savored every nuance.
No particular experience
was more successful
than another
simply different
in its texture
and its flavor.
Now that I’ve sampled
the entire menu of life as a human. . .
This is the lifetime
in which I get to choose
all my favorites
all the delicacies
and all the sweetness
that life has to offer.
Plus…. my personal chef
my GodSelf
is busy creating
a whole new menu
from all the wisdom
and new ingredients
discovered along the way.
Thus,
we have set a new table
with golden plates
and crystal chalices
under skies aglitter
with the stars from which
we traveled so long ago
to celebrate
the Joy and Beauty
of being HUman.
~ Pleasures of the Soul ~
What if . . .
we remember the
love
joy
pleasure
and gifts
of every relationship
we have ever experienced
Rather than . . .
holding onto the
sorrow
regrets
bitterness
and pain
of separation
from our original intent?
THIS is how our Soul
views our life
reveling in the pleasure
of every experience
for the pure love of life.
Why not live as the Soul does
savoring the pleasure
of every relationship
every experience
and every nuance of life?
When we live as the Soul does
we realize there is nothing to heal
the earth doesn’t need our healing
humanity doesn’t need our healing
we don’t need healing
All that’s needed is
a change in our perspective
to see as the Soul sees
to experience as the Soul experiences
and to live as the Soul lives
for the pure Love of Life.
~ Free as a Child ~
A child is content
to build castles in the sand
knowing they will be washed away
with the next tide,
then returns the following day
to build another
ever more glorious castle.
The wisdom of our own inner child
knows that what it builds today
need not be grasped onto
need not be protected
need not be entombed,
simply lived to the fullest
in this joyous moment.
Ah, to be the child
with our dreams and creations
enjoying them to the fullest
with playful delight
in this present moment
then allowing them to return
to the infinite sea of creation.
Ah, to be the child again
living life
joyously, freely, openly
knowing we are infinite beings.
~ No Valor in Suffering ~
There is no valor in suffering
your GodSelf does not ask you
to learn through fear or pain.
Your GodSelf knows not
of fear, nor pain, nor suffering
these are old human concepts
handed down through the ages
from antiquated programing
no longer valid.
When feeling any discomfort
immediately rise
to the most expanded orientation
and view the situation anew.
This is not denial
wearing rose colored glasses
or putting your head in the sand.
This is living from
your expanded consciousness
that offers infinite solutions
rather than drawing upon
the old battle-worn experiences
that initially plummeted your energy.
Rise up, Beloveds
see clearly as your GodSelf
and take the path of Ease and Grace.
~ The Soul’s Reality ~
It does not matter
if you dream it
envisioned it
read it in a novel
or live it.
It all becomes
soul experience
when you allow yourself
to feel it deeply enough
to embody it.
The soul does not require
mental validation
nor judges
one experience
against another.
The soul distills
the essence
of each experience
into wisdom
as its reality.
Everything else
dissolves as illusion.
~ Spiritual Suffering ~
Enlightenment is a natural process
experienced via our daily lives
simply by the way we respond to life.
Enlightenment does not require us
to suffer, nor to work at it.
Suffering will continue being
the path to enlightenment
as long as we keep adding notches
to our spiritual suffering belt
as evidence that we are evolving.
Once we take a deep breath
go deep within
and consult our Soul
it will tell you,
Dear dear human
there are easier paths
YOU get to choose,
suffering or ease and grace.
~ Seed of Passion ~
If you pull up a plant
by the roots,
the plant dies.
But if you very gently
push the soil away
until you discover the roots . . .
what you will find
is the seed of passion
that birthed the plant
the ardor for life
the vigor to thrive
the joy to blossom
the zeal to bear fruit.
Wisdom
lies in the seed
of the plant
and in the heart
of the child within.
Be gentle
with the seed
for therein lies your
ardor for life
vigor to thrive
joy to blossom
and zeal to bear fruit.

Welcome to your Sovereignty
the hard work of
processing and clearing
to collect all your human aspects
is finally complete.
Time to lay back and relax
acclimate to the new altitudes
nap in the sun, enjoy the views
sip the nectar of the Goddess
and allow everything to flow
with divine timing.

Expression
is the expansion
of Life
allowing us
to dance
and sing
and paint
with all of its
nuances of colors
each in our
own unique way
propelling us
into endless bliss.
