“Peace of mind”
is the grace
being called forth
amidst the chaos.
Peace originates
in the heart
where there is
no judgment
no identity
no need to defend.
Peace originates
in the heart
where love abides
for all that is
without the need
to interfere.
It is only the mind
that is thronging
with insistent chatter.
When we sink into the heart
herein lies the grace of
“Peace of Mind”.
~ Discontent ~
Much of our discontent stems from
the conflict between our human mind
and the multidimensional world
our soul knows to be real.
The less we attempt to engage
in the old manner
the more expanded
our consciousness becomes
and the more satisfying
every aspect of life becomes.
~ Commitment to Love ~
Commitment to Love
is a moment-to-moment practice
until all those moments string together
and Love becomes our natural way of BEing.
~ Liberating the Mind ~
Our Divine Knowing surfaces
when we liberate
the mind’s need
to understand
and be fully cognizant.
The mind does not
the mind can not
begin to understand
nor explain
our expanding consciousness.
Attempting to dissect
and explain
what the mind considers surreal
only distracts us
with useless mind chatter.
Relax, beloved one
release the mind’s
obsession to understand
and trust your divinity
to lead the way.
For your GodSelf
always orchestrates
your expanded consciousness
and fulfills your life
with ease and grace.
~ Wisdom of the Soul ~
Before I lay my head upon my pillow
and nestle under my warm duvet
before I enter dreamtime
I ask to be shown
that which I have been afraid to see
Through the eyes of my soul
and the purity of my heart
my consciousness expands
viewing the bigger picture
now in full technicolor
Oh the truth that’s revealed
as the characters stride forth
in the multitude of stories
that have been spun
realizing each had a role to play
With a deep sigh of release
all the stories and emotions
are instantly distilled
into the wisdom of the soul
and integrated for eternity
And so it is. . .
when we are ready
when we ask and surrender
allowing the soul free reign
our consciousness expands
and our wisdom is revealed
all with the ease and grace
of our Divinity.
~ Resting in the Flow of Change ~
The days of needing
to know it all
or needing to be right
are long gone.
Life is in constant flux
therefore if what I know today
does not change tomorrow
there is no growth or expansion.
I rest in the flow of change
allowing what I knew yesterday
to fade away without judging it
as right or wrong.
And I welcome
that which was unknown yesterday
to be my new playground
each and every day anew.
~ Being Fully Present ~
Memory loss
can be a two edged sword.
One edge cutting away
all that’s no longer desired
all that no longer resonates with
my new expanded consciousness
The other edge is cutting away
daily routines and mindless habits
along with lifetime friends and family
in support of the old memories
One we judge as advantageous
the other disruptive
and yet. . .
are they not both of value?
For both force us to be
fully present in the now moment
where antiquated
memory, habits, and beliefs
are no longer running our lives.
So next time my mind blanks out
forgetting what I was doing
I have to ask:
Was it even important?
If not, it will simply
disappear from my life
allowing space for
something new and more vital
And if it’s important
it will cycle back around
and be fully present with me
at the exact appropriate moment.
Therefore I can be at peace
with the perfect flow of life
knowing this moment
is the only one that matters.
~ Your Wings Await You ~
Your wings have always been here
safely tucked behind your heart
along with all your dreams
and all your desires
patiently waiting
until you were ready
to go beyond
all that you have been taught
patiently waiting
until you felt safe enough
in the trusting
of your GodSelf
patiently waiting
until you loved and honored
all of who you are
as a sovereign being.
patiently waiting
until you were bold enough
to leave the old world behind
and take the leap.
Where you shall fly and where you shall land
I can not tell you . . .
For each flight
is new unto itself
just as each moment
is new unto itself
just as you
become new unto your self
in each and every moment
once you spread your wings
soaring
dreaming
expanding
enjoying
delighting
in All That Is.
~ New Revelations ~
Physical discomfort
bursts of muddled emotion
or mental confusion
often precede
new revelations
of expanded consciousness.
As uncomfortable
as these moments may be
the realization of new disclosures
bubbling up from within
disrupting that which
I’ve always thought to be true
allows me to rejoice in these moments
amidst all the discomfort.
For what emerges
on the other side of this vexation
is an increased ease and grace
never before experienced
and a joy that ushers in
new venues of reality.
~ Beyond Intent ~
By setting an intention
the mind is immediately
drawn into action
scanning against all that has been
rather than drawing
upon infinite potentials.
Therefore. . .
Instead of setting an intent
and engaging the mind
I take a deep breath
and sink deeply
into my GodSelf
asking . . .
Show me
more of who I am
show me the magic
show me all
I have yet to discover
to BE
free of
the mind’s limitations
the old programs
and society’s constructs
to go beyond
that which
I have ever known
into the depth of myself
to excite my passion.
I do not know
what this looks like
for how could I
when it is beyond
the mind’s imagination.
However, I do know
what it feels like to create
via the purity of my GodSelf
it feels like Home.
