We have entered the time in our evolution
when the memory of our Divine Wisdom
is being stirred and distilled
from our rigid human beliefs.
It is through the alchemy of the Heart
not judgment or retribution
that we shall return
to the natural order of the Universe.

was known for Truth, Balance and Order
she stands before you now, asking
“Is your heart as light as a feather”?

this spaciousness
this no-thing-ness
without the desire
to fill it
Instead I allow
my new resonance
to draw to me
that which
is in harmony
with this moment
leading effortlessly
into the next

There is a harmony that sings
in the recesses of your heart
rooted in the desire of the soul
to fully and completely
experience life
through the physical
senses of reality.
This song can only be heard
when you step away
from the incessant chatter
of the ruminations of the mind
in its attempt to separate
each and every note
rather than tuning into its harmony.
’Tis only through harmony
this song can be heard
for life is a full bodied
orchestration of All That Is
each note playing with one another
ever expanding, ever exploring
in constant flow and zest.
Step out of the mind
and into the heart
for your soul song
has long been playing
’tis time to be still and listen,
and as you do
you add to the harmony of life
for everyone on this earth.

Letting go is effortless
for it is the natural flow of life
that everything changes
from breath to breath
from moment to moment.
So why is it
that humans feel the need
to continually relive the past
to hold onto people so tightly
to grasp things that no longer serve.
It is the holding on
that requires effort
that usurps our energy
that causes us pain
when life needs to flow.
When we flow with life
when we allow the innate changes
when we trust our Divinity
the past holds no power over us
the pain and suffering cease.
For the Divine is always
in service to us
supporting our every need
orchestrating our deepest desires
beyond our human capacity
with ease and grace.
Do you Trust?
Can you Allow?
Can you flow with life?

Beaming . . . Glowing. . . Loving. . .
This is what my heart is doing…. all the time
Although life’s circumstances may not always feel aglow
my Heart continues to Glow
beaming Love without any effort from me
I Glow because Love is Who I Am.
During those times when life feels asunder
I surrender to my heart
I trust that my heart will never lead me astray
I Love because Love is Who I Am.

fully aligned with your angelic family
fully aligned with the Love that You Are.

the expression of who we are

what we are experiencing.
At other times
they constrict us
from expanding
beyond the mind

Consider your words
use them wisely
simplify when speaking to those
who do not speak
your spiritual language.
Maintain the silence
when there is more to offer
than mere words
for in the silence
the depth of listening heals all.
The sound of our of words
carry great power
and….
the lack of words
can be equally as powerful.

Do not allow your human love
to stand in the way
of your Divine Love.
Whereas human love
is riddled with
needless agendas.
Divine Love is
free flowing
with infinite purity.
