“Wisdom of the Inner Voice” poetry takes you on a Soul journey deep into your heart. These poetic words are supportive of expanding consciousness and opening minds to discover your innate passion as we awaken to the realization of the totality of who we are as multidimensional beings creating a whole new paradigm in which to live and thrive.

The “Wisdom of the Inner Voice” is present within each of us. It whispers to us as the soul distills each of our experiences into pure wisdom, free of judgment, timelines, and our human conceived stories. It has become my practice to listen to the Wisdom of the Inner Voice and record these words in the form of poetry. I share these words as a sacred gift of ease and grace during this unprecedented passage of transition as we realize ourselves as Divine Humans. I invite you to allow these words to sink into your heart to awaken and initiate your own soul song as the Wisdom of your Inner Voice.

free of the projections of the mind
in a quest for visions
of future success

free of the wanderings of the mind
searching the past
assessing perceived failure

Trusting the orchestrations
of our hearts provides
the sweetness of contentment

Feelings

I have come to learn
I don’t have to feel
what someone else
wants me to feel

That doesn’t serve me
and it doesn’t serve them

Their feelings
are theirs alone
irrelevant
to my feelings

When I honor their feelings
and I am true
to my own feelings
I am free to react
in a way that can serve
all concerned.

I Am a Sovereign Being

I Am a Sovereign Being.

As a sovereign being
I realize all my needs are met
by the clarity of my consciousness
from the purity of my GodSelf.

I Am no longer hungry
no longer hungry for
love from outside myself
attention from others
nor acknowledgment of success.

I no longer feel the need
to rescue others
to attempt to heal others
to evangelize
or to save the planet.

I recognize that every human
is a Sovereign being.

By honoring
each one’s unique soul path
and empowering their Sovereignty
I grant everyone their freedom
by no longer enabling victimhood.

For my GodSelf sees no victims
nor need for healing or saving
for our Sovereignty calls forth
infinite harmony amidst life’s changes
and all flows with Divine Well-being.

radiant being filled with wonder
You danced in on a song of Love
bringing joy and delight.

You came in with a message of hope
a wealth of wisdom and compassion
You ushered in a time of harmony
with hope of a better world, a world of peace.

Your gift of presence, simple and pure
expands and grows, touching all.
Your hope and wisdom, love and joy,
awaken us to a world of pure delight.

You touched our hearts, they’re bursting open,
with your presence Love now grows.

to hear what others have to say
when it’s beyond
my present understanding.

the limitations of a closed mind.

without judgment and the need
to sway them to my beliefs.

from a place of compassion
honoring each unique soul path.

to create a thriving community
with the diversity shared by all.

Peace of Mind

“Peace of mind”
is the grace
being called forth
amidst the chaos.

Peace originates
in the heart
where there is
no judgment
no identity
no need to defend.

Peace originates
in the heart
where love abides
for all that is
without the need
to interfere.

It is only the mind
that is thronging
with insistent chatter.

When we sink into the heart
herein lies the grace of
“Peace of Mind”.

Transformation of Anger

Someone pulled the pin on a grenade of visceral anger
that’s been unconsciously buried deep within me
from a long time ago.

My first reaction was toward the one who incited this anger
the one who tread upon my heart, then turned the other cheek
a story from my past.

As I sat with this anger,
allowing it to bubble and churn
allowing it to effortlessly flow out of me
without allowing it to fester, without the need to process,
I realized I am the one I have been angry with all these years
for taking it all on, for shrinking into unworthiness
for playing the victim, for groveling for acceptance
allowing someone else to control my life
for a few tidbits of superficial love.

In that moment of realization
my raging anger was spontaneously transformed
by a flood of loving compassion
for the part of me who never felt accepted
for she who never felt seen for who she truly is
for the one that was afraid to stand up for herself
for fear of being rejected
for the one who did not recognize herself
as the precious being that she is.

In that moment of consciousness
the grenade of anger exploded into a burst of love
in which I now stand strong as a sovereign being
with my head held high with an open radiant heart.

To the one who unknowingly pulled the pin on my grenade
I surround you in love and compassion
for I know you were lashing out in response
unaware of the pain and anger buried deep within you.

I pray that each one of us is able to consciously awaken
to the love that is always nestled side by side
in compassion for the anger that’s been buried within us
and may we all stand tall with open radiant hearts.

Surrender to my Soul
